Heavy Metal bands don’t come better or more theatrical than the amazing Judas Priest. Just like Black Sabbath before them they herald from the Midlands of England in Birmingham and consist of Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, KK Downing and Ian Hill.
The band has had several line up changes especially to the drummer but the position has been held for the past two decades by Scott Travis but has consistently remained in the hearts of metal fans and find themselves with the accolade of being one of the ‘metal gods’ that started everything.
With 35 million albums sold worldwide and voted number 78 in the greatest bands of all time by VH1 there is no sign of their popularity diminishing. Their fans remain vocal and loyal and Judas priest legacy will live on.
