We aim to deliver all items within 14 days from receiving clear payment. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of any out of stock items or unforeseen delays. If your order is delayed we will endeavour to keep you fully informed via email. Within the UK Royal Mail 1st class post will be used unless requested otherwise.

If your order is delayed we will endeavour to keep you fully informed via email. International postage will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail unless requested otherwise.
Our Returns Policy
All our T Shirts are made to order and to your specific requirements. As they are customised just for you, we cannot accept them for return unless they are faulty or your instructions have not been followed. Returns must me made within 28 days of dispatch and by recorded delivery. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender once the item has been returned.
If we have sent you the wrong size t shirt, we will be happy to exchange it for you when you return it. If, however, we have sent you the T Shirt size you ordered, regrettably we are unable to accept it for return as we have made it just for you. We do provide sizing information on the site, which acts as a guide when choosing your size.
If we have sent you the wrong colour, we will be happy to exchange it for you when you return it. If, however, we have sent you the colour you ordered, we cannot accept it for return as it has been made just for you. The colours on screen all have names which appear when you select them, and the colour is also written next to your t shirt in your basket. Please check these carefully, as colours can appear differently on different monitors.
If your T Shirt is faulty or we have failed to comply with your specific order, you can email us in the first email@example.com and tell us why you’re not happy. We will then ask that you package the garment and return it to us by recorded delivery within 28 days of the dispatch of your order. You should package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing your name and address and details of the fault. Please retain your postage receipt until you have received credit for your return. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. In cases where we do refund return postage, we will only refund the cost of standard Royal Mail registered post. If you choose to use any enhanced return option, such as Special Delivery, this will be at your expense. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your own risk.
TShirtSubway does not disclose your personal data to any third parties other than those necessary to complete your order. Cookies are used in the shopping cart section to keep track of any T Shirts you add to your shopping basket and to store your address details. Data collected by this site is used to:
- Take and fulfill customer orders
- Administer and enhance the site and service
- Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
- Disclose information to third parties for delivery/shipping purposes
Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in our software when an order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. The payment is then processed by SagePay Europe Ltd and NatWest Streamline Services. We are notified by the bank that a payment has been received against your order number but nobody at TShirtSubway will ever see your card details..
